About Us

Traffic Ticket Terminator was started by Bernie VanPelt in 1999 for the purpose of providing affordable legal representation for Provincial Offence charges including traffic tickers, MTO/CVOR infractions, municipal charges, workplace charges, trespassing offences, Smoke Free Ontario Act offences and many, many more. We first opened our doors in Mitchell Ontario where we closely worked with a law firm for many years. In 2005 the business was moved from Mitchell to London. This is a much bigger market and it allowed for expansion. We are a progressive company with our head office in London, Ontario and an independently owned branch office in Windsor, Ontario. We have developed a network of agents and lawyers throughout Ontario and can, as a result, provide competent defence in any Provincial Offences court in Ontario. As a company with a narrow focus (Provincial Offences Act Charges), we are able to be on the cutting edge of all developments, information, ideas and practices which would allow for us to provide the defences needed and the assistance required by our clients.

London Office

Bernie VanPelt:

Mr. VanPelt is the owner of the London Office for Traffic Ticket Terminator. He graduated in 2000 as an honour student from Fanshawe College in London Ontario where he received his certificate as a Paralegal. Prior to this, he attended Western University where he received certification through the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario Inc. graduating from this program in 1999. Mr. VanPelt has been a sole proprietor operating a paralegal business since 1999. He has a lot of experience in many different courts throughout Ontario and has also acted as a municipal Prosecutor for a short period of time. In addition, Mr. VanPelt has been called upon numerous times as guest speaker for the purpose of providing continuing education for paralegals and was also a professor at Fanshawe College over a period of about 5 years. His motto has always been and remains “it ain’t over till I win.”

Windsor Office

Anthony G. Debly, B.A., M.A., LL.B., was born in Windsor, Ontario and attended the University of Windsor where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) in 1981; his Master of Arts Degree (M.A.) in 1985; and his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) in 1987. Mr. Debly was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989. He was the prosecutor for the City of Windsor as a Solicitor for over fifteen years before setting up his private practice.

Mr. Debly is now in private practice focusing on providing defence for those charged under any Provincial offences act including traffic violations, accidents, CVOR related matters and anything related to driving offences.

In addition to being able to provide you with quality traffic ticket defence, Mr. Debly can also provide representation in Small Claims Court and Landlord and Tenant matters. He can also assist you in dealing with any municipal matters including charges laid by any municipality, and can provide you with legal representation at Board and Commission hearings.
